About the Role: Medvidi is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Patient Care/Customer Support Manager to oversee the operations and performance of the patient care department. ll Do:Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve department goalsManage and supervise a team of healthcare professionals to ensure highquality patient careMonitor and evaluate department performance and make recommendations for improvementCollaborate with other department heads to streamline processes and improve overall patient experienceEnsure compliance with healthcare regulations and standardsConduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team membersReport daily to COO and Head of MedOps of any service gapsResponsible for achieving department goals.Requirements :
Requirements:Five (5) years prior experience in direct patient care setting;Working knowledge of the Healthcare guidelines rules and regulations;Possesses key competencies including superior communication skills conflict management organization and time management as well as decisionmaking;Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics;Proactive in actions;Excellent organization and leadership skills;Seven (7) plus years of proven experience in Director of Customer Service role or equivalent;BS or BA or equivalent education and experience;In depth knowledge of diverse business functions and principles;Proficient in Excel Word and Outlook;Advanced written and communication skills;Seven (7) plus years of proven experience in a Sales or Sales Support role or equivalent.Who we are: MEDvidi is the US based online mental healthcare provider.
