About the Role:

Medvidi is seeking a highlyskilled and experienced Patient Care/Customer Support Manager tooversee the operations and performance of the patient caredepartment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background inhealthcare management and a proven track record of leadingsuccessful patient care teams.

What You llDo:

  • Develop andimplement strategic plans to achieve departmentgoals
  • Manage and supervise a team of healthcareprofessionals to ensure highquality patientcare
  • Monitor and evaluate departmentperformance and make recommendations forimprovement
  • Collaborate with other departmentheads to streamline processes and improve overall patientexperience
  • Ensure compliance with healthcareregulations and standards
  • Conduct regularperformance reviews and provide feedback to teammembers
  • Report daily to COO and Head of MedOpsof any service gaps
  • Responsible for achievingdepartmentgoals.

Requirements :

Requirements:

  • Five(5) years prior experience in direct patient caresetting;
  • Working knowledge of the Healthcareguidelines rules and regulations;
  • Possesses keycompetencies including superior communication skills conflictmanagement organization and time management as well asdecisionmaking;
  • Working knowledge of dataanalysis and performance/operationmetrics;
  • Proactive inactions;
  • Excellent organization and leadershipskills;
  • Seven (7) plus years of provenexperience in Director of Customer Service role orequivalent;
  • BS or BA or equivalent educationand experience;
  • In depth knowledge of diversebusiness functions and principles;
  • Proficientin Excel Word and Outlook;
  • Advanced written andcommunication skills;
  • Seven (7) plus years ofproven experience in a Sales or Sales Support role orequivalent.
