The Partnership Manager role is within the financial division of the group - payment platform, which provides modern financial solutions for businesses with cross-border activity.It offers a multi-currency business account with a live FX desk that allows international companies to manage their bank transfers in foreign markets in a simple way. The offering includes local dedicated UK, US and EU accounts, as well as a single multi-currency IBAN supporting over 30 world currencies.Title: Partnership ManagerReports to: Team LeaderLocation: Dubai, UAE, DIFCThe Partnership Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in the UAE. The primary focus will be on bringing in partners who can refer clients to Multipass. The PM will leverage his/her extensive network and industry knowledge to identify and onboard partners who align with our business objectives.Responsibilities:Partner Acquisition:Identify and approach potential partners who can refer clients with FX. and cross border requirements.Develop a deep understanding of partners; business models, objectives, and client base to tailor partnership proposals effectively.Partner Management:Build and nurture strong relationships with partners through regular communication and face-to-face meetings.Provide partners with ongoing support and resources to enable them to effectively promote our services to their clients.Monitor partner performance and identify opportunities for growth and optimization.Account Opening:Facilitate the account opening process for clients referred by partners, ensuring all necessary documentation and compliance requirements are met.Act as a liaison between partners and our internal teams to streamline account opening procedures and resolve any issues promptly.Client Referral:Liaise with Relationship Managers to ensure a seamless transition of referred clients and provide them with the highest level of service.Monitor client satisfaction and feedback to identify areas for improvement and address any concerns proactively.Compliance:Adhere to all relevant organizational and departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out to the required on an ongoing basis high attention on:Alertness to AML procedures and take the lead to be alert to unusual/or suspicious customer activities. Job holder must report any suspicious transaction to respectively Unit MLRO via line manager (reporting manager)Observant of reputation riskStrictly prohibited from miss-selling activitiesRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in business related field.Proven track record of successfully building and managing partnerships in the UAE market.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Fluency in English is required, Arabic or Russian language knowledge will be considered as advantage;Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Professional Qualification CPA, ACCA, Credit Management will be an added advantageKnowledge of SME &/or Commercial banking liability productsStrong understanding of FX markets, products, and regulations.Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience in the financial services industryA good understanding of the general, economic, and business environment of the region.With us you will:Be a part of a top-tier team of professionals.Get opportunities for professional development: learn new skills with online courses. broaden your network in local and international conferences, receive mentoring.Get permanent employment contract.Get health and life insurance for employee and family.Working at a comfortable office in Dubai, DIFC free zone.Renumeration will include base pay + incentive/bonus, which is provided based on performance evaluated by direct manager.
