Company: InnerX Informatics LLC FZGlobal Head Quarters: Dubai, UAEJobe Type: Full TimeModel: RemoteInnerx Informatics LLP is a technology product company providing SAAS solutions globally, offering a comprehensive suite of Fintech and Business Management systems for Student recruitment agencies & institutions.Developed by a team of industry veterans & educational experts, Innerx CRM platform encompasses the entire recruitment process from lead management to enrolment, payment to invoicing and helps education agents to manage their own student recruitment business as well as their sub-agents activities in one place to achieve greater efficiency while eliminating manual paper-based processes.We are proud to present Innerx as an advanced solution that seamlessly integrates student recruitment agencies, universities, and students in one unified platform.The Opportunity:We are looking for an experienced, well-connected and organised Business Development Manager to join our growing Team and take our company and platform to the next levelWhat you will be doing every day:Scale up the sale in the designated regionMake sales strategies to achieve the targetsIdentify, establish and maintain good working relationships with key customersUndergo presentations in the local marketplace to further promote the company and product.Guide customers to build up relations ensuring they implement the software in their system.Implement marketing strategies through research and market analysis to maximize and increase the customer baseProactively undergo client outreachFocus on delivering value and the best customer experience while enhancing the user base and expanding market share.Negotiate, close and onboard.Meeting clients at their locations/ remotely Identify the pain points/ needs.Provide solutions to the needsNegotiate, close and onboard.Build relationships to further upsell/ generate references & testimonials.Ensuring adequate meetings via referrals, partner relationshipsWhat you bring to the table:Education: Any Graduation/PG degree in Business Management is preferredMinimum 3+ Years in Sales and Marketing in Education SectorExcellent communication and interpersonal skills: Good verbal communicator and presenterCan work autonomously but is also a team playerSelf-motivated, positive and "Can do" attitudeOutgoing and friendly: Enthusiastic, energeticAbility to quickly establish credibility with all levels of the customer baseA good time manager: Well organized, able to set and reset prioritiesWillingness to learn, especially technical information on the productComputer literacy includes a sound knowledge of the MS Office suite of software.Willing to travel extensivelyExperience working with a CRM; considered an assetExperience working with educational consultants, Edtech and or postsecondary institutions directly; considered a bonusSalary: No bar for the right candidateIncentives: Competitive with the marketTravel: The company will be taking care of all travel and stay expenses.Innerx provides cutting-edge Fintech solution for international student recruitment agencies worldwide.
