DHLGlobal Forwarding UAE has an opening for a Sr. BusinessDevelopment Manager where you will beresponsible for the commercial development of IP divisions new andexisting businesses in EPC IOC O&G Power &Renewables sectors by cultivating and maintaining long termrelationships in order to gain and maximize sales opportunities forthe Dubai Hub as well as developing and managing a portfolio of IPspecific customers with the objective to secure growth through newclient and segment/vertical development across all products of DHL.Join us now in connecting people and improvinglives.


Inthis Sr. Business Development Managerposition


  • You will be responsible forcontributing up to 5 to 7.5% of annual IP P&L Revenue andGross Profit.
  • You will be responsible fordevelopment of new ad hoc and contractual clients in EPCO&G Drilling Power and Renewablessectors.
  • You will lead as Bid Owner to providesubject matter expert advice while collaborating and synergizingwith the Global IP network and local pricing to develop best inclass Technical & Commercial Solutions design forTenders.
  • You will lead as business owner indirecting and ensuring proper operational handover in theimplementation phase to meet customer expectations (SLAs &SOPs)
  • You will support the Commercial managerin the progress of RFQs and customer implementations with new andexisting customers to ensure a deep understanding of our customersexpectations and operational requirements areachieved.
  • You will take full ownership asprimary contact for Escalation management andresolution.
  • You will conduct Monthly BusinessReview Meetings with clients using companys formats and dataanalytical tools or platforms such asDHLi.
