Position overviewThe Sr. Business Development Manager is responsible for marketing the company’s products and services in an engaging, effective, and cost-efficient way that generates profitable sales while promoting the long-term success of the brand.The role reports to the Regional Manager. He or she will agree on monthly and annual targets and will discuss progress informally at regular intervals with formal reviews. Job TypeFull Time Job TypeFull Time Work Place TypeOn-Site Work Place TypeOn-Site ResponsibilitiesPromoting and selling Marcom Solutions and Services (Events Management, Stands Design, Production, Brand Activations, Artwork & Digital Marketing)Handle the full sales cycle from finding the right prospects to closing the dealsGrow revenue and volume with new and existing customers/partnersBuild and maintain relationships with the new and existing customers/partnersProspect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business by bringing new clientsWork with Regional Manager to prepare proposal plans that meet the objectives of the proposal requirements and timelineSupport the end-to-end proposal/RFP/presentation response process to ensure all expectations, actions, and timelines are understood and deliveredLeverage and coordinate cross-functional internal teams to efficiently navigate complex sales cyclesRequirementsMinimum 5 years’ work experience in an Events Management / Marketing / Communications AgencyWide experience and knowledge in pricing and building proposals for Events, Stands Production and ActivationsBachelor\'s Degree is requiredStrong verbal and written communications skillsWilling to travel as per the business needs
