Sr. Project Manager – Digital Channels

Proven experience (10+ years) in Sr. Project/ Program Manager management role, specifically within the retail banking industry and digital channels implementation.Knowledge of regulatory requirements and security considerations related to digital banking services is highly desirable.Strong knowledge and understanding of digital banking channels, including online banking, mobile banking, and other digital platforms.Extensive experience in managing service providers and driving SLA adherence and performance improvements.Solid understanding of ITIL processes and frameworks, particularly in incident management, problem management, and change management.Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.Proven track record of delivering high-quality IT services and driving continuous improvement initiatives.Knowledge of regulatory requirements and security considerations related to digital banking services is highly desirable.Experience in resource management and budget control.Relevant certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or Agile are a plus
