Job Description
To participate in the formulation, implementation and maintenance of the Group compensation and benefits program across the Company’s Corporate and Business Units.FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES• Participate in periodic review of the grading and compensation structure and recommend changes to enhance the same in line with leading practices to ensure that the Company’s compensation and grading structure remains competitive in comparison to the external market• Facilitate in scheduling and supporting the group-wide annual salary review and bonus process, roll out of compensation and benefits programs and other ad hoc initiatives• Administer the annual salary review process, including analysis, creation of worksheets and issuance of letters to employees ensuring accuracy of the letters and data sent to payroll• Coordinate the consolidation and review of incentive/ commission schemes across the Business Units and maintain a database of all approved schemes• Participate in benchmarking exercises with respect to compensation and benefits, including responding to formal and informal surveys• Maintain the Job dictionary and ensure that any change in benefits or other parameters are updated in a timely manner. Reconcile the job dictionary with the payroll data and highlight any discrepancies for corrective actions. Job Category Human Resources

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, FUNCTIONAL SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGEEducation/ Qualification• Graduate in any discipline with tertiary qualifications in Human Resources.Experience• 4 – 5 years experience in HR with 1 to 2 years relevant experience in compensation and benefitsFunctional Skills & Specific Knowledge• High level of computer proficiency and Excel skills• Good command of oral and written English.• Good analytical and numerical skills• Highly organized with an eye for details and accuracy of data
