Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage the Subsurface Study Team to ensure successful delivery of project objectives and timelines.Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of projects related to carbonate reservoirs, ensuring optimal strategies for field development and production enhancement.Collaborate with geoscientists, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate subsurface data and analysis into actionable development plans.Develop and implement production optimization plans that maximize reservoir performance and recovery.Manage project scopes, schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure alignment with strategic goals.Prepare and present detailed reports and presentations to senior management and external partners.Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and safety protocols.Drive continuous improvement in project management and technical processes through best practices and innovative solutions.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Geology, Petroleum Engineering, or a related field.
