Overview:
PM with ATM experience

Our ATMs are largely Diabold now and few are NCRs. Our requirements would be to enable new features on our ATMs like EID reader, Dome camera upgrade, multiple cheque deposit, etc.

Also anyone who has worked on Interactive teller Machines will be helpful

**Responsibilities**:
**Role and Responsibility for a Project Manager working in Waterfall**
- Project Planning & Management- Define project scope and objectives, ensuring that business requirements are captured and understood.- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the seamless execution of projects.- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.- Measure project performance using appropriate systems (PPMpro, MS project etc), tools and techniques.- Stakeholder Management- Act as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders.- Ensure that all stakeholders are informed of project status and developments (PMB, Steerco etc)- Resolve any issues and solve problems throughout the project life cycle.- project team Integration- Collaborate closely with the Project team to ensure that project requirements are clear, actionable, and aligned with business objectives.- Coordination of the feasibility and practicality of proposed solutions and ensure they align with organizational goals and constraints.- Facilitate communication between the project team and other project stakeholders to ensure clear understanding and expectations.- Risk Management- Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with the project.- Establish a risk management plan and review it regularly.- Make sure RAID management is completed and reviewed regular- Performance Reviews - QUESTION - Should PMs do the end of year reviews? If yes the below in red it also relevant:
- Conduct regular performance reviews for team members associated with the project.- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to team members to ensure optimal performance.- Identify training and development needs for team members and facilitate opportunities for growth.- Recognize and reward outstanding performance, and address any underperformance in a timely and constructive manner.- Resource Management- Allocate necessary resources to ensure the project's successful completion.- Monitor and report on the utilization of resources throughout the project.- Reporting & Documentation- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports and meeting minutes.- Present regular status updates to senior management and other stakeholders as required.- Scope Monitoring:_ - Involves regularly checking and validating the project scope against the project baseline. - Ensures that any scope changes are adequately documented, approved, and communicated.- Financials Tracking:_ Monitoring and managing project expenditures against the approved budget. - Analyzing cost variance to identify any financial discrepancies.- Planning:_ The systematic process of establishing project milestones, tasks, and timelines. - Ensures that all project activities align with the overall project objectives.- RAIDs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies):_Risks: Potential events that could negatively affect the project. - Assumptions: Things believed to be true but not confirmed. - Issues: Current problems that need resolution. - Dependencies: Tasks or activities that rely on the completion of other tasks.- Resource Management:_ The process of planning, allocating, and monitoring resources like personnel, equipment, and budgets. - Ensures that resources are used efficiently and are available when needed.- Earned Value Management (EVM):_ _Combines scope, schedule, and cost metrics for comprehensive project performance assessment.- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):_ _Measurable elements that provide insights into project health.- Continuous Improvement- Analyze project outcomes and extract lessons learned.- Implement best practices and continuous improvement methodologies to optimize project management processes.- Compliance & Quality Assurance- Ensure that the project adheres to all industry and organizational standards and guidelines.- Oversee quality assurance procedures and ensure that deliverables meet or exceed expectations.- Team Leadership & Collaboration- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.- Promote open communication among team members and stakeholders.- Mentor and guide team members as necessary.- Vendor Management- Identify, evaluate, and on-board vendors that align with the bank's strategic and operational goals.- Monitor vendor performance to ensure that contractual agreements are adhered to.- Act as the primary point of contact between the bank and the vendors.- Negotiate contracts and pricing, ensuring value for money and compliance with procurement regulations.- Collaborate with the legal department to ensure contracts are fool proof and protect the bank's
