Job descriptionWe are looking for a Property Leasing manager with retail leasing experience for a Real Estate Group of companies with 5 yrs minimum experience in leasing,Job descriptionWe are looking for Retail Leasing Expert for our Client in Dubai. The deserving candidate will be responsible for identifying, securing, and managing leasing opportunities within the mall, cultivating relationships with existing and prospective tenants, and maximizing occupancy to drive revenue and enhance the overall tenant mix.Job Responsibilities:1. Leasing Strategy: Develop and implement leasing strategies aligned with the shopping mall's objectives, market trends, and tenant demand.2. Prospecting and Negotiation: Identify and engage with potential tenants, negotiate lease terms, and secure new lease agreements to optimize occupancy and revenue.3. Tenant Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with existing tenants, addressing their needs, resolving issues, and maximizing tenant satisfaction and retention in the process, evaluate their performance.4. Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify leasing opportunities.5. Financial Analysis: Analyze leasing metrics, rental rates, and financial performance to evaluate leasing opportunities and make data-driven decisions. Basically mall rentals are at par with market6. Lease Administration: Oversee lease documentation, including lease agreements, amendments, and renewals, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.7. Tenant Mix Optimization: Continuously evaluate and refine the tenant mix to enhance the shopping experience, drive foot traffic, and maximize sales productivity.8.
