Bid Coordinator Jobs In Dubai UAE 2023 | AECOM

Review RFPs and other related documents and support in gathering proposal information to create winning responsesReview existing content where relevant and provide the Bid Manager with relevant information • Prepare templates, CVs, case studies and occasionally storyboards; chase content contributors as requiredCoordinate the preparation of identified expression of interests, prequalification questionnaires and proposalsEnsure a winning, compliant, error free document arrives with the client in the correct format, meeting the deadlineBreak down submitted bids for a library of pre-written proposal content, where required • Assist in the preparation of presentations for specific pursuitsIdentify and share lessons learned as inputs to the continuous improvement of the bidding process and toolsSupports the team in ad hoc activities to develop our bidding excellence • Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with experience of coordinating multi-disciplinary proposals of a high strategic value
Requirements:
2+ years experience.Bachelor’s DegreeThe ability to work positively under pressure and deliver quality output to deadlinesThe drive to improve and adhere to processes / systems and the motivation to contribute to and support bid teamsAn efficient multi-tasker
