A Field Team Leader will be responsible in handling for one or more areas which includes but may not be limited to providing effective support and trainings to assigned team members, ensuring adherence to InstaShop policies and regulations, exercising knowledge of products and services, and assisting other areas as required.
Primary responsibilities
·
Overseeing the field processes: The Field Team Leader is responsible for managing the field visit from beginning to end. This includes providing timely reports, leading a team, implementing methodology and tools, training team members, and ensuring all clients’ information are collected accurately.
·
Ensuring compliance with policies and regulations: Field Team Leader must ensure that all team members are compliant with relevant regulations and laws. They must also be up to date with any changes to these regulations.
·
Developing and maintaining relationships: Field Team Leader must establish and maintain positive relationship with the team and clients-- addressing concerns, issues, and questions; and liaising with other departments such as, Launching and Operations.

Contributing to training and support for team by ensuring the changes are made – such as, by overseeing the implementation of new guidelines, templates, or a new approach.
·
Proactively identify member’s potentials and resolve questions and concerns to help them succeed.
·
Reporting and auditing: Field Team Leader must track and report on team’s allocation, attendances, designated areas and trainings, performance feedback, and future action plans.
·
Improving the field process: Field Team Leader is responsible for identifying areas for improvement, and making recommendations to the line managers for changes. This may involve suggesting and implementing new features on InstaShop applications or streamlining existing procedures.

Competently undertake own work to an excellent standard and review the work of others to ensure quality.
Requirements

Strong Leadership skills.
·
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English.
·
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to work independently.
·
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
·
Able to maintain discretion and integrity of confidential information.
·
Proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
·
Passionate and committed for quality service.
·
Willingness to travel (required).
