Internal Employee Communications Manager Jobs In Dubai 2022 | Visa

Help drive understanding and connection to Visa’s strategic prioritiesLaunch programs that help employees understand the goals, programs, processes, new ways of working and vision of senior leadershipHelp shape delivery and embed Visa’s new global EVP within CEMEA.Develop content on an ongoing basis for internal publications and platforms, including intranet articles, presentations, information memos and organization announcementsPlan and execute internal events including All Staff meetings, speaker series, and other employee engagement eventsSupport the roll-out of communication and engagement strategies that maximize Visa’s sponsorships as employee engagement opportunitiesPromote and educate internal stakeholders on process and employee communication best practicesManage an ongoing internal communications calendar and campaign reports.
Job Requirements:
Have highly proficient written English and verbal communications skills, with excellent copy writing, copy editing and proofreading skills.Have 6-8 years of experience in employee communications (agency and/or in-house)Be passionate about effective and creative employee communications that inform and engage diverse employee groups, enhance their sense of ‘common purpose’ and/or drive sustained behavior changeBlend strategic thought and tactical delivery, creating and delivering communication plans and activities that achieve clear and measurable outcomesDemonstrate an understanding of the company’s purpose, strategy and leadership principles, using this as the foundation for all your workBuild effective relationships and strong rapport with a wide range of colleagues, including leaders, working collaboratively but also advising and challenging constructively in a collegiate styleBe comfortable working with and adapting to change, and working at pacePay attention to detail, especially when juggling a high volume of workBe flexible and motivated in times of ambiguity or conflicting deadlines. Able to manage your time and resources to deliver on time and at high standardBe proactive and demonstrate initiative in starting new projects or thinking of new ways in maximizing existing programs to support our employee communication
