The successful candidate will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to the sales team while managing client relationships, driving sales performance, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of success in sales management and have excellent communication skills.Job Responsibilities:The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to achieve the organization’s sales objectives. This includes identifying potential client opportunities, setting customer service standards, supervising the sales team, monitoring performance against goals, conducting regular performance reviews, creating reports on progress, introducing new products or services to existing clients, and maintaining relationships with key clients. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for developing promotional plans to increase awareness of the company’s products or services.Qualifications:The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field as well as 5+ years of experience in a similar role with proven success in meeting or exceeding targets. They should be able to demonstrate excellent leadership skills with a strong awareness of customer service and be able to communicate effectively with clients both verbally and in writing.
