Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented and proactive Business Development Manager/Director to join our team and drive our business expansion efforts. As the Business Development Manager/Director, you will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage a high-performing business development team, including recruiting team members, setting team goals, motivating team members, and monitoring their performance.
* Develop and execute strategic business development plans to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
* Manage the distribution and allocation of leads effectively to ensure maximum conversion rates and ROI. Collaborate closely with the marketing departments to optimize lead generation efforts and enhance the quality of leads.
* Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target industries, including crypto exchanges, wallets,Market Makers ,Hedge Funds and others.
* Lead the negotiation and closing of contracts, ensuring favorable terms for both HyperBC and our clients.
* Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify potential opportunities and threats.
* Represent HyperBC at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and thought leadership.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED17,000.00 per month
