We specialize in providing cutting-edge Aftersales Solutions through a Software as a Service (SAAS) platform across the Middle East, South Asia, and EuropSenior Accountant | XA Group Dubai | Apply NowQualification/ExperienceACCA /CPACA Inter and/or master’s degree is required.1 – 2 years of accounting experience in UAERequiredExperience on Accounting software and excel proficiency is required.Skills and Responsibilities:POS Reconciliation with daily salesDaily Cash and Bank reconciliationPreparing the sales InvoicesCollections follow-ups – Sending client’s SOA and collection Reminder.Accounts Receivable aging scheduleProvision for doubtful debts scheduleReviewing the purchase orderReviewing the purchase invoice to comply with FTA requirement.Reviewing the purchase invoice entries for correct expense booking and VAT treatment as per FTA GuidelinesPreparing rebate/commission calculationsPreparing Fixed Asset Movement / Fixed Asset register / Disposals & Additions listingPreparing schedule of prepayments for rent expenses and other expenses, clearly showing the payment made and monthly amortizations.COGS reconciliationWeekly cash count reportDoing monthly related parties reconciliationOther receivables breakdownPreparing accrued expenses listing agreeing to the GL BalanceReviewing client and supplier contracts, credit policyInsurance renewals – Medical/Vehicle/All Risk or any otherDoing VAT reconciliation and VAT Return full pack preparation- Quarterly.Parts purchase inventory tracking excel fileMonth end closing and passing the necessary entries in the books.Preparing monthly MISYearend closing passing the necessary entries in the books.Preparing weekly reportSupport in yearend auditDon’t miss out on this exciting opportunity – apply now at dubaiofferz.com
