**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the development and planning of IT projects, including defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Coordinate and communicate project statuses, updates, and potential risks to all stakeholders.
- Support the project team in managing project timelines, resources, and budget.
- Facilitate meetings and follow-up on action items to ensure project milestones are met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve project issues.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and reports.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and tools.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3 - 4 years of experience in project management or a related role within the technology sector is preferred.
- Strong communication and understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
- Ability to identify potential risks and issues within projects and suggest mitigation strategies.
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Trello, MS Azure, JIRA).
- Familiarity with IT concepts, workflows, and systems.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
