Develop effective performance measures to benchmark and monitor the quality and cost and drive service improvement plans that drive continuous improvement.Develop the service management strategy for all IT services, agree service level standards and monitor compliance. Lead the operations centre for all end-to-end IT services across the Emirates Group. Monitor critical IT incidents that might affect business operations and drive their timely resolution.Lead and drive industry best standards for DevSecOps and Automation, ensuring continuous integration, delivery, infrastructure management and deployment automation in the development and implementation of creative tech solutions.
Job Requirements:
