You will play a crucial role in establishing our brand as a trusted and reliable medical tourism provider while ensuring a seamless experience for our customers. This is a great opportunity for an individual with a strong business acumen and a passion for healthcare and travel.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement strategies to promote Ferns N Petals as a premier medical tourism providerIdentify and establish partnerships with hospitals and healthcare providers in different countriesBuild and maintain relationships with international clients travel agencies and other stakeholdersConduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trendsDevelop and manage a network of medical tourism facilitatorsCoordinate with the operations team to ensure a smooth and hasslefree experience for customersMonitor and analyze the performance of the medical tourism department and provide regular reports to the managementDevelop and manage the budget for the medical tourism departmentAttend conferences events and trade shows to represent Ferns N Petals and promote our medical tourism servicesStay updated on healthcare policies and regulations in different countriesCollaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns for medical tourism servicesContinuously seek ways to improve and enhance our medical tourism services to exceed customer expectationsQualifications:Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related fieldMinimum of 3 years of experience in business development preferably in the healthcare or travel industryProven track record of successfully developing and managing partnershipsExcellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skillsStrong analytical and problemsolving skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProficient in Microsoft Office and CRM softwareWillingness to travel domestically and internationallyWhy Ferns N PetalsCompetitive salary and benefits packageOpportunity to be a part of a growing and dynamic companyWork with a team of talented and passionate individualsContinuous learning and development opportunitiesFun and inclusive work environment Disclaimer: Drjobs.ae
