Job Type: Full Time | Remote Requirements
5-7 years of pre-qualified experience, including in-house experience
Experience in advising the HR department in personnel matters is a plus
Qualified in the United States or the United Kingdom
Strong knowledge of US corporate law and practice, particularly with regard to startup fundraising and related matters
Proven experience in commercial contract drafting and negotiations, with a particular focus on payments, financial services, white-label structures and similar payments-related contracts and arrangements
Extensive knowledge and understanding of Web3, crypto, and blockchain concepts
Self-starter and is able to manage a large and varied workload with little supervision

Full ownership of all of the company s contract reviews, negotiation, and This often includes developing new documentation from scratch without pre-existing templates

Global management of IP applications

Frequent advisement of all senior the company s stakeholders at an ad-hoc basis, as well as constant provision to the business of common-sense and commercially focused guidance
