If you want to deliver exceptional marketing campaigns and product experiences, you are comfortable collaborating with individuals from different departments around the company. But most significantly, you are a visionary leader who can inspire the creative team to think creatively and establish a clear visual identity plan.
Requirements:
Aside from the stated goals, you should be looking for alternative opportunities inside your clients company that you didn’t know about before.Our Design team should be given the opportunity to work on projects that excite, excite, and excite our colleagues and inspire the next generation of designers.You’ll advise clients, team members, and colleagues on how to address business problems while satisfying brand and consumer requirements. You’ll collaborate with our Creative Directors, Strategists, Project Managers, and Account Teams.In this role, you’ll be in constant communication with other members of the Creative, Marketing, Product, Editorial, and Affiliate teams to make sure the brand stays on track and on target.To ensure that the product is as excellent as possible before the samples are made, the designer manages the whole process in a personal and participatory manner.Show no fear of the unknown and a passion for creative discovery. Work on marketing concepts and interactions with Creative Directors on various projects.A clear design point of view and a clear vision for the future, with the courage to pursue forward-thinking design solutions and champion bold ideas.We must protect and enforce our brand guidelines (such as fonts, materials, and color schemes) as we grow and create new services.Involved in developing and expanding a library of graphic assets for use in a range of advertising, marketing, and product-related endeavors.In order to make sure that the creative concept is properly realized, work with the strategy and creative teams, product designers and motion designers, as well as the production team and suppliers together.
Skills:
When working in any industry, with any consumer, wherever in the world, one must be able to adapt and have the self-confidence to do so (from startups to corporations to schools and beyond). Someone who picks things up quickly and can jump right in to assist the team out when they need it.The ability to skillfully blend font, color, and composition in order to satisfy branding and marketing objectives is clearly shown through a strong portfolio.Design-led creative and campaign experience; shown success working on integrated campaigns that use digital, social, and/or emerging media.Visual solutions for digital and experiential, product/service design, and narrative projects that demonstrate the benefits of a multidisciplinary approach to the design process.Able to demonstrate how creativity can be utilized to achieve business objectives while still adhering to and supporting brand standards for aesthetics and quality of communication.
