Organise meetings to define the individual KPIs in coordination with Business Unit Heads, Line Managers and subordinates.Prepare and issue KPI sheets to employeesMonitor KPI submission dashboards and send reminder alerts through the portalPlan and facilitate periodical KPI reviews with Business Unit Heads , employees and HRVerification of submitted KPI data of employees before periodical reviews.Revise and reissue KPI sheets when necessaryEscalate deviations found to Line Manager and concerned managersPrompt response to queries and accurate reporting of data.
