Senior Freight Business Performance Leader Jobs In Dubai | Aramex

Description:Hands-on approach in driving Transformation Projects which are spread across functions and geographies to achieve the business objectives Hands-on experience in Pre Sales, Customer Facing Assignments, and customer management lifecycle for the Freight & Logistics Industry Hands-on experience in managing Business Performance via KPI design, periodic evaluation, and budget management To deliver tangible and sustainable topline growth and/or bottom-line savings on Freight & Logistics initiatives Ensure performance management in a Maker & Checker Model linked to the Global Aramex Strategy Report the performance business review to the C-suite for Freight & Logistics across Aramex stations Manage and monitor project or program schedules and progress to ensure expected results are delivered on time and to budget. Maintain, adjust and communicate updates to project plans as needed to the customers and internal stakeholdersResponsibilities:
This role is a key position in the Global Freight & Logistics Transformation and Business Performance vertical, responsible for three business-critical programs of the Freight & Logistics program i.e. Presales to Customer Onboarding Cycle, Aramex Optimization Services, and Performance Management & MIS globallyThe role focuses on Pre Sales activities like Designing Integrated solutions for Freight & Logistics operational capabilities across the regionsNew Customer Onboarding Framework based on the operational capabilities of the New Strategic customers with a global footprintThe role will design, establish & monitor the KPIs and manage the performance of Freight and Logistics globallyThe role will have an additional responsibility to drive client-facing projects as part of the Aramex Optimization Services
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree is a must, preferably a Master’s degree3-7 years with a successful track record in Business Transformation projects, S&OP, Pre Sales, Consulting, Data Analytics & ReportingClient-facing project experience (internal consulting or external consulting)Demonstrated skills in driving operational efficiency and cost-optimization projectsExperience in data analysis and statistical churnings such as Power BI and TableauExcellent verbal and written communication skillsMust be open to travel 50% – 70% of the time as per project needs in other regionsExperience in preparing and presenting recommendations to an audience of senior executivesExperience in Project ManagementExcellent soft and communication skillsExcellent in presenting and presentation designProficient in the use of Microsoft Office, including Project, Visio, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
