Building on ARN’s commitment to embracing the future and being able to provide access to the best marketing platforms in the region, MPN by Dubai Holding Entertainment is a multimedia sales house, operating premium out-of-home assets, video production, event sponsorship and activations.Job Overview: Here's your chance to step into the role of Assistant Manager Sales at Dubai Holding Entertainment in this position, you'll take on key responsibilities that include:Financial Responsibilities:• Achieve departmental revenue and attendance objectives• Monthly reporting on sales performance against budget and reporting on variances. • Support in setting activity and revenue targets for sales executive(s)• Ensure monthly KPI’s and business objectives are implemented and achieved as per• strategy and report in variancesOperational Responsibilities:• Working with consumer sales and marketing team on promotions and activations • Working with the international and domestic corporate sales team on promotions and activations • Identifying key areas for improvement in the sales process• Detailing accountable sales segments, entertainment and hospitality consumption habits and needs. • Attending weekly meetings with other senior members of the business• Manage the sales action plan and assist in the implementation of it• Manage deployment of the rates and partner activations and communication to the businesses • Maintain a strong client network within the appointed segment and with the key attractions within the competition setBusiness Planning:• Provide detailed segment sales and promotion plan with quarterly objectives and measurable goals• Plan client meetings and report on meeting outcome via our CRM tools available. • Create a quarterly calendar with activities planned per key appointed segment based on market expectations and best practicesPeople Management: • Ensure that productivity and service delivery of the department is improved on continuous basis by keeping team members motivated.• Ensure colleagues and partners are timely informed of changes and developments within the sales department to maintain a smooth communication and guest experience.About you: The preferred candidate for this role should possess the following experience and credentials:• Valid UAE passport, Family book (Khulasat Al Qaid)• Bachelor’s degree in business administration and/or Hospitality Management or related field• 2 Minimum years of relevant work experience • Excellent communication skills• Develop, implement and report on activities• Help achieve business goals and objectives for the sales department• Contribute to a healthy, safe and hazard-free work environment• Monitor the segment’s expense budget • Work across internal departments to ensure synergies and execution efficiencies• Adhere to corporate policies on all levels, including HR, legal, procurement, and general management• Manage CRM systems and communications processesAbout the Benefits:In the world of entertainment, Dubai Holding Entertainment is dedicated to nurturing the talents and well-being of our team members.
