Your new role. As Regional Head of Talent Acquisition, you will ensure Siemens is well-positioned as the employer of choice in the region Middle East. You will play a meaningful role in identifying and recruiting outstanding talents who will contribute to the company's strategic priorities by crafting, establishing and driving innovative talent acquisition concepts and solutions for our different Siemens’ businesses.

What part will you play?In your role, you will lead a multifaceted, upbeat and collaborative team of five individuals responsible for the end-to-end recruiting for Siemens throughout the region (United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, Egypt and Bahrain). In particular, you will Utilize data and market insights
to build successful recruitment strategies. Furthermore, you will leverage
data analytics and metrics to track recruitment performance and optimize
processes for efficiency and effectiveness Lead end-to-end recruitment
processes, from initial candidate screening to offer, and various
recruiting projects, such as ramp-ups in different countries. In that
regards, you will come with the out of the box ideas to scout the best
talents and build diverse pipelines Create and engage with
universities and relevant partners to build a robust talent pipeline Work closely with all Siemens
P&O teams locally, regionally, and globally in different projects and
P&O workstreams Handle the Localization programs
across the countries such as Emiratization and Saudization Co-own Employer branding
initiatives to enhance Siemens' reputation as an employer of choice and
participate in job fairs and/or other networking events. You as a leader will

Alternatively, you convince us that you can be successful in the role without this experienceIdeally, you have gained professional experience in the region Skills:
Comprehensive understanding of the market and industry trends and strong know-how on the Siemens business and emerging technologies in talent acquisitionAbility to build effective networks and maintain a close dialogue with key partners Intrinsic motivation to make your team, Talent Acquisition and Siemens successfulExcellent communication and C-Level confident presentation skills Language skills: Business proficiency in English You are much more than your qualifications, and we believe in the potential of every single candidate.
