The main objective of this role is to ensure that the MEP systems in the facility are running smoothly and efficiently, and that the retail spaces are clean, safe, and welcoming to customers/.Responsibilities:
Develop and implement facility management policies and procedures that focus on MEP systems and retail management.Oversee and coordinate maintenance and repair activities for MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other mechanical systems.Manage and supervise a team of maintenance technicians, custodial staff, and security personnel, with a focus on ensuring that the retail spaces are clean and well-maintained.Work with retail tenants to ensure that their spaces are properly maintained and that any issues are addressed in a timely and effective manner.
Qualification:
