We do this by focusing on helping build great products driving GTM strategy for our everevolving ads product and automating our processes for driving customer success and internal workflows. Our team is constantly reinventing how we do things to meet the demands of our internal stakeholders and external clients.You will be comfortable operating with a fastpaced startup mindset in an international and multicultural environment.As part of this role you willPartner with Sales leadership Business Marketing and Product Marketing Managers to set longterm objectives and develop gotomarket strategies for performance and branding clients.Collaborate with Product Management HQ counterparts and Sales teams to build customercentric solutions for our advertisers in the region.Develop best practices through the lens of clients to drive business outcomes for our clients.Partner closely with sales teams and utilise data proficiently to deeply understand pain points formulate business requirements and prioritise solutions to influence the direction of product development.QualificationsBachelors degree or above or equivalent practical experience; MBA preferred.5 years of experience in advertising technology products.Ability to set priorities multitask and work independentlyTrack record of influencing crossfunctional teamsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsClear communicator capable of explaining complex concepts simply.A commercial mindset with a history of delivering against stretching performance goals & proving brand value.Strategic has a strategic perspective about digital marketing products their application and potential future developmentNo previous Product Marketing experience is requiredProficiency in Arabic or Turkish is preferred but not requiredTikTok is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills experiences and unique perspectives.
