With all rooms offering a panoramic vista over the Arabian Sea, this statement property will mark a new epoch for Jumeirah Group.About the Job:An opportunity has arisen for a Food and Beverage Manager to join our team in Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:AdministrationalAssists in establishing standards of performance and job descriptions of the colleagues. Provides creative ideas to project and enhance the image of the hotel through the outlets.Ensure up-to-date hard copies of department SOPs are maintained at all times.OperationalCarries out assignments and instructions as delegated by the senior management.Interacts with management of other departments within areas of responsibility and develops solid working relationships with them. Assists in conducting briefing with the outlet managers. Meeting and interacts with representatives of the local community and potential guests as required. Assists in monitoring the activities of competitive hotels. FinancialMonitors closely the profitability of all food and beverage outlets. Provides solutions to improve problem areas and assists in implementing corrective measures. About You: The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:A minimum of 1 year experience in a senior F&B management role within a luxury hotel, preferably in a large, multi-faceted 5-star environment, either within a corporate established group or a free-standing establishment.Demonstrated ability to drive highly dynamic operations, overseeing a diverse range of 12-17 units concurrently.Strong passion, creativity and innovation in food and beverage concepts and operations.Track record of demonstrable achievements in enhancing guest satisfaction scores and profitability.About the Benefits:We offer an attractive tax-free salary, paid in Dirhams (AED), the local currency of the UAE.
