Insurance Manager Jobs In Dubai | GluCare HealthFor More Jobs: Click HereAbout the jobAs the Insurance Manager at GluCare, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the insurance operations within the company. Your primary objective will be to ensure that all insurance-related processes are efficient, compliant, and meet the organization’s risk management needs. You will play a crucial role in assessing insurance requirements, negotiating with insurance providers, and implementing strategies to protect the company’s assets and interests.Responsibilities:
Insurance Planning and Strategy:
Develop and implement comprehensive insurance strategies that align with GluCare’s risk management objectivesAnalyze existing insurance policies and recommend appropriate changes or enhancements to better address potential risksAssess insurance needs across various departments and business functions to ensure adequate coverage
Insurance Procurement and Negotiation:
Identify and evaluate potential insurance providers and negotiate insurance contracts with terms that favor GluCareCollaborate with insurance brokers to obtain competitive quotes and coverage options that meet the company’s requirementsRegularly review insurance policies to ensure they remain up-to-date and compliant with regulations
Claims Management:
Oversee the insurance claims process, ensuring timely submission, and proper documentation for all claimsCollaborate with relevant stakeholders, including legal teams and finance, to handle claims efficiently and resolve any disputes that may ariseMonitor claim trends and identify areas of improvement to reduce future claim frequencies
Risk Assessment and Mitigation:
Conduct risk assessments across GluCare’s operations to identify potential vulnerabilities and areas for risk mitigationRecommend and implement risk control measures to minimize the company’s exposure to various risks
Compliance and Reporting:
Stay up-to-date with insurance regulations and industry best practices, ensuring GluCare’s compliance with relevant laws and guidelinesPrepare and submit insurance-related reports to senior management, providing insights into the company’s insurance performance and potential areas of concern
Team Leadership:
Lead and supervise the insurance team, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional growth and productivityFoster a collaborative and positive work environment within the insurance department
Requirements Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of proven experience in insurance management, preferably in the healthcare or similar industryIn-depth knowledge of insurance policies, regulations, and best practicesStrong analytical skills with the ability to assess and mitigate risks effectivelyExcellent negotiation and communication skills to interact with insurance providers, brokers, and internal stakeholdersDemonstrated leadership abilities with experience in managing a teamAttention to detail and the ability to handle confidential and sensitive informationProficiency in relevant software and tools for insurance management and reporting
