Responsibilities:• People management responsibilities include hiring and training, planning and assigning daily work, conducting performance appraisals, addressing performance issues, and resolving problems.• Responsible for overseeing a wide variety of warehouse activities including• Inbound, Stores, Shipping, Quality Control and maintaining inventory and associated records.• Work with all stakeholders (Logistics, Planning, Central operations) to achieve the set targets and adhere to all procedures and policy of noon fulfillment center.• Responsible for the day‐to‐day management and strategic development of the company’s multi‐channel fulfillment network.• Drives creation of staffing plans, schedules, quality initiatives, process change initiatives, and other Change/Six Sigma initiatives to enable their Functional Area and ultimately the Fulfillment to meet and exceed Business Plan.
