We are looking for a reliable Financial Manager that will analyze every day financial activities and subsequently provide advice and guidance to upper management on future financial plans. The goal is to enable the company’s leaders to make sound business decisions and meet the company’s objectives.Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the finance department.Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with accounting standards and regulations.Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to improve efficiency and mitigate risk.Monitor the company’s financial performance and provide regular reports to senior management.Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide insights to support business decisions.Manage cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.Liaise with auditors, banks, and other stakeholders on financial matters.Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team.
Requirements:
Chartered Accountant qualification.Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance management in the UAE.Must have experience in contracting & construction industryExcellent knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proven ability to manage a finance team and provide leadership.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
