Effectively manage and drive the sales cycle from prospecting to successful closureSelf-source leads on a continual basis through different channels and develops trust-based relationships with the aim of winning new businessPresent Bayzat’s Work Life Platform in a professional & consultative mannerStrive to provide Bayzat’s customers with an excellent customer experience and develop long-standing relationshipsEager to always learn about the market and the competitive landscapeManage strong pipeline & present accurate pipeline managementAdapt to the fast-paced work environment, prioritizing core responsibilities while managing multiple tasksLeverage cross-functional relationships with internal stakeholders
Requirements:
Strong communication & presentation skillsExperience working in the UAE, fluency in English & Arabic: Written & VerbalPositive mindset and eagerness to learn Ability to assess business opportunities and read prospective buyersAbility to leverage insights and data through the sales process to add value to buyer discussions Skillful presenter with excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skillsSelf – Starter & Assertive with a ‘can-do’ attitudeSelf Awareness
