What you'll do:As a Strategy and Investor Relations Lead you will report to one of the Founders and work directly with the Co-Founders and Executive Team, coordinating with all internal functions to produce and upkeep a library of company documents including:Investor presentations, pitch decks and teasersKPI trackers and other internal or external financial data reportsFinancial models, business plans and forecasted projectionsCap table management and compensation benchmarking toolsCorporate finance and other legal documentationCompany presentations and other promotional materialsProject-based investment analysis and evaluation materialsIndustry and market research on startups in fintech and proptechYou will additionally support the Co-Founders in their communications with investors and lead efforts to share consistent updates, progress reports, and other information as required. You may also be assigned to analyze and develop the merits of new initiatives, building business cases to support strategic plans for the business. You have ample opportunity to contribute to the company’s vision and strategy. What we’re looking for:The most successful candidate will be someone who is detail oriented, self-reliant, takes initiative, and very comfortable with shifting requirements and expectations.You will be responsible for preparing documents and materials with a very high standard of quality. You will use your analytical mindset to analyze and interpret financial data (internal and external), then relate it to potential business opportunities, trends and issues. You are comfortable using insights you have discovered to communicate important themes and discoveries to company leadership.Minimum 3 years’ experience in investment banking, consulting, or investment managementA high level of numerical competence, with advanced knowledge and proficiency in using Excel and building large, robust financial modelsStrong analytical skills and financial awareness. Accuracy and attention to detail is criticalExperience in managing complex projects with cross-functional teamsAbility to work with minimal supervision while allocating time between multiple tasks/deadlines/opportunitiesEntrepreneurial mindset with a strong desire to learnOutstanding organizational skills and ability to leverage and improve systems to manage a high volume of dataArticulate in assimilating and developing pertinent and insightful financial contentPassionate about investing and financial markets, economics and real estateAbility to distill down complex problems/findings and articulate them in writing is an absolute mustHighly collaborative nature, being most productive working in a team environmentBachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, or Finance or equivalent experience.
