Oversee the daily operations of the front desk, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes for guests.Supervise front desk staff, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure rooms are prepared and maintained to the highest standards.Monitor occupancy levels and make adjustments to room assignments as necessary.Manage room reservations and cancellations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.Assist in the development and implementation of front desk procedures and policies.Maintain accurate records of guest transactions and interactions.Handle cash and credit card transactions, balancing cash drawers and completing daily reports.Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.Ideally, you should possess some or all the following qualifications and experience:Previous experience in a front desk or guest service role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership position.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Proficiency in hotel management software and MS Office suite.Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
