It operates its global Customer Experience Center in Dubai, UAE, its Engineering Hub in Krakow, Poland, and its Robotics Hub in Odense, Denmark.We are looking for a talented Onboarding Associate to oversee the planning and execution of various integration and brand activation projects across multiple locations in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing F&B projects from conception to on-ground completion, ensuring complete internal stakeholder alignment with meeting business goals and deadlines. IWhat You'll Do Project Planning & Execution: Lead the end-to-end planning and delivery of projects. Ensuring to meet deadlines in line with business objectives. Problem-Solving: The role will require you to navigate various strategies to align with business goals.Collaboration & Effective Communication: Efficient coordination and clear communication of goals, timelines, and roadblocks. Decision-Making & Risk Management: Identifying potential risks/roadblocks and providing recommendations towards risk mitigationWhat Are We Looking For ? A minimum of two years of experience, with a growth mindset. A passion for Food & Beverage & monitoring market trends. A can-do approach towards navigating various circumstances. A valid UAE Driver license is a plus.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
