Senior Vice President – Project ManagementJob PurposeManage overall delivery of individual property developments & infrastructure projects, while ensuring adherence to schedule, budget, quality, HSE standards Job PurposeManage overall delivery of individual property developments & infrastructure projects, while ensuring adherence to schedule, budget, quality, HSE standardsRoles And ResponsibilitiesManage project team and ensure project is completed as per the budget, schedule and quality standards and all contractual requirements are metCoordinate activities of contractors / PMC, monitor performance, hold periodic meetings and schedule periodic on-site visits to verify statusReview, expand and refine initial high-level plan and budget developed by Project Control during feasibility phase and review against project schedule and budgetEnsure project is progressing according to plan and generate progress reports with the support of Project ControlLiaise with Procurement to ensure that all contracts required to complete the project are in place and provide input on project scoping effortProvide input into project design phase if and when requiredIdentify budget and schedule deviations, issues and risks, assess impact and define action plans in coordination with Planning & Control and seek Project Director approvalLiaise with Design to assess and address design issues (i.e. change orders)Follow-up with Government Relations/PMC to obtain required permits and licensesProactively discourage variations and mitigate cost and schedule impact and reviewManage all constructability issues and liaise with relevant parties to address themEnsure onsite filing, control and maintenance of project design and execution documentsManage project contracts and ensure project compliance with terms and conditionsPerform final handover to asset operatorEnsure project abides by HSE policies and guidelinesSuggest and implement modifications to project scope, deliverables, timelines and resources.Perform project close out and obtain stakeholders approvalsQualification And ExperienceRELATED YEAR OF EXPERIENCE:Min of 12+ experience in PM, with at least 5 years in senior project oversight positionYOE IN MANAGERIAL POSITION :Min of 4+ years in a related managerial positionField Of ExperienceProven experience of managing construction for developments with CAPEX >1billion AED.Knowledge and exposure to the GCC real estate marketProven expertise in contractor managementTechnical And Interpersonal SkillsHSE champion with a proven track recordExcellent project management skillsFull understanding of construction industry and all related technical componentsIdentify risks by implementing Risk management plan in terms of quantifying risk, managing and monitor/mitigate risks issuesAbility in implementing and monitoring QA/QCCapable of managing project timelines, costs, and prioritize projects tasks.Ability to implement project plans to execute project deliverables and monitor/control the same.Ability to manage small teams of at least 5 peopleAbility to manage more than one project at a time; plan & execute as per project schedule/budgetStrong conflict resolution and management skills for resolving conflicts on the fieldAbility to plan, execute and manage tasks as per project schedule and budgetQUALIFICATIONBachelor degree in civil engineering, architecture, or equivalentMBA, PMP or technical post-graduate degree is preferred
