MENA Operations Collections Specialist

Manage the accounts receivable process, including invoicing, collections, and cash applicationAnalyze customer payment trends and identify areas for improvementDevelop and implement processes to improve collections and reduce DSOWork closely with the sales team to resolve customer payment issuesMonitor and report on customer accounts and collection activityProvide excellent customer service to internal and external customersPerform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field3-5 years of experience in accounts receivable, collections, or a related fieldStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and customer service skillsKnowledge of accounting principles and practicesProficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
