What this job involves:
Identify and research potential hospitality partners that align with the Nas House brand and target audience.Promote and sell Nas House memberships to individuals and organizations, meeting or exceeding sales targets.Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing partners, serving as the primary point of contact for partnership inquiries and initiatives.Negotiate partnership agreements, including terms of collaboration, pricing, and promotional opportunities.Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, operations, and content creation, to ensure successful partnership execution.Monitor and evaluate partnership/membership performance, providing regular updates and insights to inform future strategies.Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape, identifying new partnership opportunities and best practices.Represent Nas House at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand our network.Support the development of marketing collateral and promotional materials to showcase membership/partnership offerings to our audience.Uphold the Nas Company brand values and ethos in all partnership activities, fostering trust and credibility with partners and stakeholders.

Proven experience in partnership management, business development, or a related role.Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute tactical plans.Understanding of digital media, content creation, and the social media landscape.Results-driven with a track record of achieving and exceeding partnership objectives.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Passion for storytelling and making a positive impact through media content.
