Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan is the Vice Chairman of the Honorary Board, and the President of the Club; Sheikh Mohamed bin Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan is the Vice President of the Club, and the Chairman of Al Jazira Football Company.The HR Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the HR department in day-to-day administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth functioning of various HR processes. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills. They will assist in recruitment efforts, employee onboarding, HR record-keeping, and various other HR-related activities.Human Resources Coordinator (UAE National Only) | Al Jazira Sports & Cultural Club Abu Dhabi | Apply NowJob Responsibilities:Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the ERP systemSupport employee relations activities by responding to employee inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating concerns to HR management when necessary.Assist in the coordination of employee training and development programs.Assist with benefits administration tasks, such as enrollments, changes, and inquiries.Assist in the implementation and enforcement of HR policies and procedures.Prepare reports and presentations for HR management as needed.Stay up-to-date on HR trends and best practices to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating communication with candidates.Facilitate the new hire onboarding process, including preparing new hire paperwork, conducting orientations, and ensuring a seamless transition for new employees.Adheres to all HR policies, processes, and standard operating procedures to maintain consistency and compliance across the organization.Qualifications and Skills:Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.Previous experience in HR administration or internship is advantageous.Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Familiarity with HR-related systems preferred.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow in the HR field.
