Human Resources Officer

Develop and implement human resourcesstrategies and initiatives consistent with the overall businessstrategy.
Manage the recruitment and selection process,including searching, screening and interviewingcandidates.
Manage compensation and benefits programs,ensuring compliance with policies andregulations.
Develop and maintain employee relationspolicies and procedures to enhance employee commitment and increaseproductivity.
Manage the performance management process,including setting goals, conducting performance reviews, anddeveloping development plans for employees.
Ensurecompliance with labor laws and regulations, including conductingaudits and addressing any violations.
Provide guidanceand support to managers and employees regarding human resourcesissues, including taking disciplinary action and resolvingdisputes.
Develop and deliver training programs toenhance employees' skills and knowledge.
Managethe HR system to ensure accurate and up-to-date employeedata.
Follow HR trends and best practices to continuallyimprove HR-related processes andprograms.

Required profile ofcandidates
Bachelor's degree in Human Resourcesor related field.
At least 5 years of experience in thefield of human resources, preferably in a leadershipposition.
Strong knowledge of labor laws andregulations.
Certification in Human Resources, such asSHRM-CP or PHR, is highly desirable.
Experience in[industry] preferred.
Excellent communication andcommunication skills.
Ability to handle confidential andsensitive information sensitively.
Strong problem-solvingand decision-making abilities.
