Required: Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to communicate and influence all levels within own and client organizations, as well as simultaneously manage multiple projects.Results Orientated: Self-driven, energetic, attention to detail, methodical and meticulous regarding work product.Demonstrates: Understanding of the Oil and Gas Industry business environment, its market dynamics and impact to commercial business practices, oil and gas industry products and services application.Demonstrated: Resilience, persistence, and creative passion in building trust with all stakeholders, particularly when driving change processes and people.Clear Understanding: Of the principles of probability analysis, bidding concepts, and financial analysis tools.Ability: To explain complex issues and solutions to audiences of all levels of knowledge and seniority.Effective Communicator: (written and verbal) of commercial strategy and operational execution.Proactive: With a desire to succeed and win business, balancing strategic and operational requirements with process rigour to support decision making.Market Focused: Analytical decision maker and periodically audits business needs.Deep Understanding: Of contracts negotiation and execution.Understanding and Driving Change: In an effective manner where needed.Excellent IT Competence: And project management skills.Strong Ability: To lead and influence in a matrix organization to produce results.
