Groups, Conferences and Events Sales Manager Job In Dubai UAE | Hilton

Develop future and repeat business contributing to the profitability of the hotelReview the Cluster’s business plans, identify gaps and ensure proactive efforts to fill capacity and meet set targetsContribute to the selling strategy of the hotel, and manage the departments’ adherence to achieving that strategyUnderstand the competitive market place and implement approaches to ensure the Cluster stays ahead in the local marketEnsure Sales Team Members are developed effectively and generate a culture of high quality standards for relationship building, customer service, selling techniques, and billing and processing contractsManage and develop the Groups, Conferences and Events Sales Team to ensure career progression and effective succession planning within the hotel and company
Requirements:
Demonstrated previous managerial or supervisory experience in a Groups, Conferences and Events Sales function in the hotel/leisure sectorStrong leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate the team to achieve high level of perform and exceed targetsStrong analytical skills to understand key business indicators and competitive trends and develop approaches to these challengesExcellent selling capability and an ability and desire to coach selling techniques to their teamExcellent organisational and planning skillsAccountable and resilient
