Maintain and update office records and files to ensure accurate and organized documentation. Manage the office budget, track expenses, and handle financial tasks, such as processing payments, managing invoices, and handling petty cash. Oversee and manage all company accounts, including tracking account balances, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining financial records. Handle financial reporting and assist in budget planning by providing insights into company expenses and revenues. Sort and manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries. Assist with general administrative tasks, including photocopying, filing, and data entry. Greet visitors, address their inquiries or concerns, and provide appropriate assistance. Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and preparing reports or presentations. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism, ensuring the privacy of sensitive materials and communications. Assist with personal tasks and errands as needed, providing comprehensive support to executives. Support internal and external teams by preparing facility access cards, maintaining office logs, and providing door codes for secure access. Logistics and ensure the space is well-prepared to accommodate their needs Provide assistance and support to visiting teams, ensuring a smooth and productive experience. Hands on technology such as using apps, CRMs, and content management.
