The role will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, strengthening employer branding, and ensuring the university attracts professionals aligned with its academic vision and values.Key Responsibilities:Manage full-cycle recruitment for academic, administrative, and leadership rolesPartner with deans, department heads, and hiring managers to understand staffing needsDevelop and implement effective sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, networking, and referralsScreen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview panelsEnsure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring processMaintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment recordsSupport employer branding initiatives, career fairs, and campus recruitment eventsEnsure recruitment practices comply with institutional policies and local labor regulationsPrepare recruitment reports, hiring metrics, and dashboards
