Hays is supporting a boutique asset management firm headquartered in DIFC, Dubai, seeking a commercially driven and results-oriented Senior Relationship manager to Join their team. This is a strategic hire aimed at candidates who can Add immediate value By leveraging their existing client relationships and transferring a book of business. The ideal candidate should come from a banking background and interested in transitioning into an external asset manager environment. The firm offers a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment focused on bespoke investment solutions and long-term client partnerships. Responsibilities Originate and onboard new clients, including HNWIs, family offices, and institutional investors. Transfer and manage an existing book of business to generate immediate revenue. Deliver tailored investment solutions in collaboration with internal product and investment teams. Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of service and retention. Ensure full compliance with regulatory standards and internal governance policies. Requirements Proven experience in asset management, wealth management, or private banking. Private banking experience/ experience working with banks is mandatory. A strong and transferable book of business is essential. Deep understanding of investment products and client servicing. Strong commercial acumen and ability to work independently. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Existing network within the GCC is a plus.
