Position Overview:
We are looking for a female Receptionist with at least 2 years of experience in a medical or aesthetic clinic to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth administrative process at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage appointments, schedules, and bookings efficiently.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp inquiries promptly.
- Maintain client records and update databases as required.
- Support the clinic team with administrative tasks and daily operations.
- Ensure front desk and waiting areas are always presentable.
Requirements:
- Female candidates only.
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a receptionist in a medical or aesthetic clinic.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and clinic booking software.
- Presentable, professional, and client-focused.
