We're Hiring — Medical Receptionist

Are you a detail-oriented and compassionate professional who thrives in a people-focused environment?

Monarch Health is seeking a full-time Medical Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our clinic and the first point of contact for our patients and their families.

In this role, you'll support the smooth running of our front desk, coordinate patient care, assist in administrative and project tasks, and contribute to our clinic's communication and engagement efforts.

What You'll Do

  • Be the welcoming face and voice of Monarch Health — greeting patients with warmth and professionalism.
  • Coordinate patient communication across calls, emails, and WhatsApp, ensuring every client feels supported and heard.
  • Work closely with our clinicians to organize schedules, manage appointments, and maintain accurate records.
  • Keep the clinic running smoothly by supporting meetings, reports, and administrative tasks.
  • Play a hands-on role in projects, trainings, and workshops — helping plan, track, and bring ideas to life.
  • Contribute to social media and communication efforts, sharing our mission and connecting with the community.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general office software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Experienced in social media management and digital communication tools.
  • Compassionate and patient-focused, with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Familiarity with EHR or patient management systems

Additional Skills

  • Background in case management or patient coordination.
  • High level of professionalism and initiative.
  • Healthcare Industry experience is an advantage.
  • A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
