About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Communications & Public Relations professional to lead the communication and branding strategy for a fast-growing investment and project development group.

This role covers corporate communications, media relations, internal and external messaging, and reputation management across markets including the UAE, UK, and emerging regions. You will work closely with the CEO and senior leadership team to shape the organisation's narrative and public presence.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Communications

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive communication and PR strategy aligned with the company's vision.
  • Advise senior leadership on messaging and stakeholder engagement.
  • Ensure consistent and credible communication across all channels.

Media and External Relations

  • Serve as the organisation's primary media contact.
  • Manage press releases, announcements, interviews, and media briefings.
  • Lead crisis communication when needed and monitor public perception.

Corporate Branding and Thought Leadership

  • Oversee brand identity and corporate tone of voice.
  • Develop thought leadership content including articles, insights, and executive messaging.
  • Manage PR agencies, designers, and external communication partners.

Digital and Social Communications

  • Lead digital communication activities including LinkedIn and corporate website content.
  • Develop digital content highlighting achievements and leadership perspectives.
  • Analyse engagement data and optimise the company's digital presence.

Internal and Stakeholder Communication

  • Support the CEO in delivering internal communications and strategic updates.
  • Maintain alignment between internal and external messaging.

Events and Representation

  • Coordinate corporate events, conferences, and speaking engagements.
  • Manage logistics and content for investor sessions and industry forums.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, PR, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 8–10+ years of experience in corporate communications or PR within investments, financial services, or professional services.
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling capability.
  • Experience working with C-suite executives.
  • Exposure to ADGM/DIFC or regulated environments is an advantage.
  • Multi-market experience across GCC, UK, or Europe is preferred.
