As a Sales and Fitness Development Coach, you will have the opportunity to manage sales pipelines and educate users on the unique capabilities of OxeFit's equipment, strength and conditioning programs, assessment routines, and more.

Essential Functions:

•     Schedule demos and conduct routine follow-ups on active leads

•      Provide superior customer demonstrations and education on product

•     Manage sales pipeline and customer sales lifecycle while meeting and/or exceeding monthly targets

•     Build, distribute, and track customer quotations

•     Oversee and train new clients on equipment

•     Travel to onboard client in person

•     Provide personal training sessions with new client

•     Engage potential clients through outbound calls, effectively communicating product benefits to maximize interest and sales.

•     Handle customer inquiries and objections with professionalism, turning challenges into opportunities to enhance sales.

•     Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

•     Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to the needs of each client, showcasing the unique value proposition.

•     Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring a seamless experience for the customer.

Preferred Skills:

•     Excellent background in selling online, managing customer expectations over phone, WhatsApp & emails, have experience in selling sport equipment's,

•     Preferred - Bachelor's degree in exercise science, kinesiology, athletic training, strength and conditioning, or a related area

• years relevant experience in strength and conditioning coaching or research

• years of tele sales or direct sales experience, demonstrating a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

•     Fluency in English is essential, while additional language skills can be a significant advantage in diverse markets.

•     Previous experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in distrubition and startups or technology sectors, is highly desirable.
